The house is in a prime location right next to Woolworths, Aldi, Doctors Surgery as well as restaurants on Victoria street and the Yarra! Tram stop for routes 109 and 12 are less than 50 meters away and North Richmond station is a 5 minute walk. The city is also just 10 minutes away on PT.

The house is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine as well as heating in the living room.

You’ll be sharing the house with three 22 year old guys. Everyone is either studying full time or working.
