Description of the home

I currently live by myself in a secure modern 2 bedroom apartment with a huge balcony that is close to shops and public transport, and is in a quiet area. It is well lit, open and inviting. The apartment is fully furnished except for the spare room, which is currently being used as an office, so you would only need to bring your own bed etc. The spare bedroom also has a ceiling fan and has its own bathroom.

I have a cat (he sleeps pretty much all day) and a small dog (Scottish Terrier, quiet, friendly, not destructive!), so someone who likes animals is a must.

Bills and expenses

Electricity, internet and water- all bills are split equally. Pretty careful with electricity and water usage, so bills are quite affordable (last electricity bill was $150 total for 3 months, and water bill was $70 total for 3 months)

Hi, my name is Lorena and I am a PhD candidate at Griffith University. I also work as a research assistant and university tutor, but will be entering full time work next year after I complete my PhD.
