$215/week for a good sized double room. Rent is plus shared utilities and internet (or add an extra $20/wk if you never want to think about bills). Our place is large and bright, with ceiling fans, air con in the lounge, a big kitchen and a balcony that (from experience) is perfect for a morning brekky or evening gin (or even an evening brekky or morning gin, no judgement).

We're right between Drummoyne and Five Dock, but in a quiet area with a village vibe. There's several cafes, an IGA and, for reasons unknown three pharmacies. There's also two bus stops both moments away, with routes to take you straight into the city or towards Burwood. And the water is just a few minutes walk away for those sweet, sweet harbour views. Your Instagram will thank you for it, promise!

The room will be unfurnished, ready for your own touch. It has a big window that lets in the morning sunshine, a ceiling fan and BIR.
