About the occupants
We are 3 easy going full time working male occupants who are always chilled, are usually at home different times of the day, one being FIFO & who are looking for either a couple or single person.

There is the option of Room 1, the largest or Room 2 & the empty theatre room for a couple/2 people, or Room 2 for a single person.

Even though we are all tidy we are by no means clean freaks, however if we make a mess we will always clean it or fix/replace something if we break it.

We also enjoy our own space and respect each other’s as well. We don’t usually drink except on occasions however we are by no means party animals.
Compatible people
We are looking for a couple or 2 people first but would consider a single person too, reliable & who pay their rent and bills on time, can communicate & are easy going, respecting each others belongings and private space.

If you drink that’s ok. If you smoke we'd prefer it was outside but we prefer non smokers. We don’t have pets but might consider someone with one.
