G’day everybody.
I’ll have a bedroom available in a big house located in Grange beach.
A minute walking to the beach, 2 minutes to the train, West Lakes nearby and H30, H30S, 112 bus around the corner .
Cafes and restaurants are closeby (West Lakes, Henley and Grange).
The room is not furnished.
Bathroom, kitchen and other amenities are shared.
Loungeroom with large TV and unlimited wifi.
Large outdoor entertaining area (with beer fridge) and nice grass area.
The outdoor area is smoker friendly.
Looking for an easy going person, if it feels like you DM me for further questions and inspections are welcome from anytime after 5pm
PS: Needs to like dog.
I got a 5months AmStaffy whose around now and then which is lovely.

I think it’s grate to have a friendship within the home, but also respect each other space and privacy. Your friends are welcome visitors.
