My lovely home has two separate living areas. I am offering two bedrooms on ground floor with separate entrance, courtyard with trees and own bathroom as well as large lounge area. I am hoping to offer the space to either a couple that would like an extra bedroom or a single parent or two friends. I am happy for one person to occupy the space if they are after a nice large area and can afford the rent.

About the occupants
I am a professional educator and musician who likes the area here in Alphington for its green and leafy environment as well as the creek and river close by. The public transport to Melbounre uni and most of Melbourne is very close by, so I am very happy to stay here for a long time and find a like minded housemate to share this beautiful space with. This home is set up so it is very private and whoever lives here will have as much space and privacy as they want. The kitchen is the only shared space, really and I have a spare fridge in it if needed. It is probably best to see the space and meet me in person. I am looking forward to finding some lovely people, or person to offer a nice home to.

I work most days and always enjoy a tea or a wine on the balcony. The kitchen is a good one, so foodies will be quite happy in it.
