4 bedroom home on offer (3 rooms avail). this really large house which is great for sharing! have lived here for 6 months now with people from work. The others are moving out to different areas and I am really happy to stay put. Central to everything. Across the road is Fitness First Gym, 7/11, Q Super Centre (ALDI, Coles, Woolies, Bunnings, Liquor, Post Office and more). Just behind us is Carrara Markets for fresh produce and cheap house plants swell as another Woolies & ALDI! 15 mins to Surfers, 18mins to Burleigh, 5 mins to Broadbeach and 1 Hour to Byron.

Decent size undercover patio area with fans, small grassed backyard with the remained being pebbles and stone steps. Two she's out the back for storage and a little alcove where I keep my pet guinea pigs haha. 2 car garage and street parking. In a col-de-sac so pretty quiet. Bus stop within walking distance and 10 mins drive to Nerang train station.

******To Be Considered you must - be a Resident, looking 6months or more and working full-time otherwise the landlord won't even consider unfortunately. Cats may be considered but needs to be run by landlord too.

Hi my names Joel, and I'm addicted to living off the street. My currents housemates are moving out. So there is three rooms up for grabs. I don't know how to describe myself but I'm gonna compare myself to a rubix cube. Full of colours that everyone enjoys playing with, a few can understand how it works and theres always one that will throw it across the room (i don't want to live with that person) haha. Im working in a call centre currently with two side businesses, an online store and I am a drag performer. So my plate is pretty full. I am looking for flatmates are that are chill, creative is a plus!, fine with ducking off to the beach on our days off or are keen to join me for a skate along the boardwalk.
