Up for grabs is the beautiful, light and spacious master bedroom in a wonderful 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on the 4th floor of The Trenerry apartment complex. It comes with a huge built in wardrobe, your own lovely ensuite and a dedicated shared car spot in the apartment car park. There are also 2 storage cages for any extra bits you need to store, euro laundry in the main bathroom and the comfiest couch you'll ever sit on. The space is set up with everything you need (I will be taking the TV and dining table though). You'll just need to furnish the room. However, I'm sure if you have extra bits and pieces you can bring them along.

The apartment is across the road from Vic Park (a footy lovers dream!), has the Yarra Trail at your backyard and is a 5 minute walk from Bodriggy, Dr Morse and Victoria Park train station. It truly is such a beautiful location!

I absolutely love living here and would happily stay for the long term, but am taking the exciting step of moving in with my partner, so unfortunately need to say goodbye!

The lease is up in May but will roll on to month to month. Erin has been here for almost 2 years and is very keen to stay on, so you’ll be able to enjoy this awesome pad for a long time to come. She is open to signing another 12 months too, so if you’re after some stability, that’s definitely something to consider.

The nitty gritty - Rent is $290 per week/$1256.70 per month and is due on the 15th of each month (and I've paid this month, so you'll get a few weeks rent free!). The bond is $1620. To sort it all out, we'll just do a lease transfer. Having done it before myself, it's super easy process. Preferably available from 12th March, however I can be flexible if you're needing to come in earlier.
