Description of the home

The house is a brick 4 bd 2 bath house with lots of open spaces around the house.
Theres 2 bedrooms up for grabs, sharing a bathroom. The other room is the ensuit where I am and the other is a study.
The living/kitchen is an open plan. Divided nicely by furniture.
The bus is a 4min walk down the road and shops are within 7min walking distance. Local walking tracks, schools and bike tracks. Our local plaza is Redbank which is a 4min drive, 15min bus ride, or 40min walk.

Just myself in the house atm-I work in a local cafe 4-5 days so most days im not home. Im turning 31 soon.
In my spare time im busy with yoga and back into riding my bmx. If im at home Im reading, doing puzzles, gardening, cleaning, cooking, watch the occassional netflix show.
