Description of the home
Lovely small to medium room in Coogee in a light and bright warm home for a quiet and calm person only. Pref female and fifo would be a bonus. Shared bathroom with a bath and a huge kitchen, lounge/ dinning area. Three outside areas. A beautiful dog who is an inside dog and loves people. Close to the ocean and lake. We are two people, a tattooist and a teacher/ therapist/ student who are homebodies and love our privacy and a drama free existence. Prefer non smoking and no drugs or heavy drinking at all. Must be super clean and respectful as well as employed please.
