This 3 x 2 townhouse is positioned privately at the rear of a group of four, within the Como Beach area. It has been completely renovated, however, the pictures are from the previous owners due to move out on the 10th April, therefore the layout will be completely different.

I am 26 years old currently working in the city as an engineer. I grew up in the country, went to boarding school, and have lived in a share house for multiple years. I am quite a clean person and would like the house to remain that way for the majority of the time.

My hobbies predominantly revolve around sport and any other form of exercise and am always up for any suggestions for either. I do however enjoy a few drinks on the weekend with friends from time to time, especially over a good BBQ feed.
