Brompton is a great location, and second street is perfectly positioned. Walking distance to the free tram on Port Rd, the train stop in Bowden, and bus routes. A bicycle trail into the city is also a short distance away. Plant 4, Port Rd pubs & eateries, and Hawker St cafes are all conveniently close by.

The townhouse is open and bright. Three bedrooms, with one used as a home office. Only two bedrooms to be occupied. Large enough so you don't feel on top of one another.

Split system aircon in all bedrooms as well as the common areas downstairs.
