On offer is a good sized bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment located in Abbotsford. The room itself is large enough to accommodate for a queen size bed with a bedside table. The rest of the apartment is decked out with everything you need so you only need to bring your mattress and bed. Communal facilities in the building include gym, swimming pool, sauna and an outdoor bbq area. Also located within walking distance is Victoria Gardens and the Yarra River trail.
Rent is to be paid monthly or fortnightly and includes everything. There is no car park included sorry.
I have two indoor domestic shorthair kittens that live here. They're very obedient and really affectionate. I clean up after them and feed them quite often so you won't have to worry about doing any of that.

I spend most of my days ravaging away in the office, so you won't see me most of the time during the week until after 5.
