About the occupants
My name is Jennie, I am a relatively healthy mature divorcee (albeit overweight!).
I have 2 sons - both married - 3 grandchildren with another on the way. One son lives in Toowoomba and the other is on the Gold Coast.
I designed and built this duplex - it is now 16yo.
I am an ex-smoker having quit 1/5/21 - here's hoping I can stay off them however you can be an outdoor smoker - that's OK by me :)
I work from my study at home (sometimes!).
I live a fairly quiet life - not socialising a great deal but more often have guests come to my place.
I have 2 cats which is why you must not have any pets please.

Description of pets
Cat 1 - Buffy - ginger spitfire - female - 9yo - fostered from 10 days old - never leaves the property.
Cat 2 - Charlie - tabby - female - ~4yo - stray taken in at ~10 weeks old - very friendly and affectionate - good at jumping ship but always back for a meal!
Both cats are inside at night - always.
