Description of the home

Private room with own bathroom and a second bedroom also available. There are two large undercover outdoor living areas, swimming pool and large grassed area overlooking the water. Only 2 other house mates, 35 yr old female in self contained granny flat downstairs and 53 yr old male only there intermittently. Built in robe but bedroom furniture is required. We have a private jetty leading onto our own pontoon. Ceiling fans throughout and being close to the ocean we always get a lovely sea breeze in the afternoons. We are a short walk to the beach, LaBalsa Park and Kawana Shopping centre is nearby. It is the perfect base to enjoy the Sunshine Coast lifestyle but being so comfortable and luxurious you may not want to leave home ;-)

About the occupants
Mark is a young 53 year old who is usually away nights but works from home during the day in real estate. Allaina is a 35 year old Human Resources Manager living in a separate Granny Flat downstairs but occasionally ventures upstairs to share a meal and the odd board game. We have combined our resources for the ultimate waterfront lifestyle. We have lots of water toys and are happy to share, especially if you are into skiing/wakeboarding etc. We've both lived in share houses harmoniously for years and are easy to get along with. We have had 3 other housemates on the Sunshine Coast who would be happy to share their positive experiences living with us. We are not into loud parties but are quite social often sharing a cold drink and good conversation on the deck overlooking the water. We respect each other's privacy, which is quite easy in such a large home that is set up with multiple living areas. Our home is always clean and tidy. Allaina has a Daschund, Daisy, who stays downstairs.
