About the occupants
Charlie: Enjoy reading and watching movies, playing sports, socialising and travelling. I work in the superannuation industry, WFH at the moment. Usually out and about seeing friends or family.

Kate: I enjoy going for long walks, doing puzzles while listening to an audiobook, and catching up with friends somewhere along Carlisle or Chapel st. I work in an education recruitment company in Collingwood and will mostly work from the office.
Compatible people
We are looking for someone who can come in and keep that home dynamic - the basics are obvious (clean, pays the bills/rent on time, not allergic to cats).

The house is pretty big with different areas so we're not all crammed together. Ideally we'd want to welcome someone who we can enjoy a drink with but who also understands personal space.
Description of pets
Baboo (Charlie's cat, 2ish) is super friendly, cute, loves attention.

Wes (Kate's cat, 2 to 3ish) is friendly and more chill, usually does his own thing.
