We are looking for a new housemate to join our cosy home!!
The room is a bright and spacious double bedroom, with built-in wardrobe, mirror, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The house has two living rooms, three bathrooms, hammock, a big kitchen, loads of storage space, 2 decks, and a backyard patio area - loads of room for activities!
About the housemates - Matt 32yo male, Ash 33yo female, both work in health. Love hanging out, having dinners, playing Mario Kart, cheeky Sunday drinks, and staying active - you can get to the gym or hiking with Matt, or swimming/cycling/bouldering with Ash if you fancy! We're looking for someone equally chill and tidy.
We're on a quiet street, no traffic noise, close to Buranda Shopping Centre and bus stops. Rent is $216 per week plus bills. Household products are split evenly :)
