Laurel (F30) and I (F30) are looking for another likeminded person to join our three bedroom house in Annerley.
We are both quiet, introverted, work a lot and appreciate having tidy home.
Laurel is doing her PHD and working. I work full time and am furthering my piano studies (so I play piano a fair bit). I have an inside only cat (Potato) and an outside dog (Jet). We both exercise regularly, have friends over occasionally for dinner or casual catch up. We are a very quiet household. We catch up on each others' days and love to have a chat but otherwise give each other a lot of privacy/ space.
The third bedroom is approx 14.1 m^2 with a window. It doesn’t have air-conditioning. It is opposite the living room and in between the master bedroom and kitchen. The house is fully furnished and equipped with all kitchen things etc.
Rent: $160 per week
Bills: Shared equally
Bond: $627
The lease expires in Jan 2023.
We would prefer to have you approved by the real estate before moving in.

Jet - 8 year old blue cattle cross. Very happy and energetic but a bit nervous. Is scared of kids and isn’t good with other dogs a lot of the time.
