Rent: $116 a week plus $24 week bills (roughly)

This is a big house with spacious private rooms in a fantastic location. 10 minutes drive from the city, 15 minute bike ride to the botanical gardens and only 2 minute drive to the Parade. The house is very well insulated and also has ducted aircon. You have Coles, Woolworths and Aldi within a couple of minutes drive of the house. There’s a double shed used for storage and heaps of on-street parking.

Kitchen has 2 fridges, a gas stove, heaps of cupboards and very well stocked with the all the essential cooking things - rice cooker, coffee machine, slow cooker, pots, pans, blenders etc. You will find that even though there are 5 people living here, only 1 of the current tenants really cooks on a daily basis. The others cook up a batch and then just reheat - so you are not going to be competing much for kitchen space and it’s a huge kitchen anyway so even if there was someone else in there, plenty of room.

Theres one bathroom but two toilets. Again, there is hardly ever a time where you need to wait for the bathroom. It gets used sparingly by everyone and plenty of space to store your bathroom things.

The room is available End September (flexible)

Bond is $696 (6 weeks rent)
