Hi guys! We have a large (5m x 3.1m) detached room to rent in Abbotsford. It has a large east-facing window that provides the morning sun and comes unfurnished. Rent is 826p/m and we split all the bills between us.

The house is on a tree-lined dead-end street near Church and Victoria street, tucked away from the hustle and bustle. A very short walk to 109, 12, 78 trams and North Richmond train station, and we've got both on and off street parking available for you. The house is big, warm, sunny, fully furnished and well insulated with central heating and air con, and since lock down added gym, darts, veggie gardens and table tennis. You’d share the large bathroom downstairs with Emma and Flynn as there is a separate bathroom upstairs. We’ve also got a driveway with roller door for off street parking should you need it. We like to keep things pretty tidy and share in all of the housework.

We’re looking for somebody to stay long-term (more than 6 months) who is mature, social, responsible and who wants to contribute to our positive and supporting home environment. Shoot us a message about yourself and what you’re about, and we can arrange a time for you to come and meet us and check out the room!

The room is available first week in September. Bond is $1200 (6 weeks total rent split per bedroom), bills are all split equally. Sorry no space for pets or couples (plants, decorations and garden additions all very welcome though).

About the occupants
Flynn is the longest resident of the house and works as a Geotechnical Engineer. He loves going to the gym, playing guitar and cooking up a big feast. He also enjoys a good dad joke and they are never far away.

Emma works as a store designer. She likes to keep active and up to date in Rupaul's drag race. Loves a chat and tequila.

Grant a lift installer from Scotland who enjoys a jam on the guitar and loves a beer. In his spare time loves going to gigs and music events. Always down for a chat and some cocktails. Has recently perfected hot buttered rums.

We’re in our late late 20’s early 30’s working full time and keep regular hours. We've lived together for a while now so the house is generally sorted and we are very open and friendly with one another.
