Description of the home

Our home is located in a gated community in Merrimac, we are only 8 minutes from Robina Shopping and 14 minutes from Mermaid Beach. We are very close to the highway and as such it's only a 15-minute drive to Burleigh or 50 minutes to Brisbane CBD. Our gated community has both a pool and tennis court.

The house itself has four bedrooms in total, three upstairs and one downstairs. Hamish and I are in the master, we have a guest bed set up and the third bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom and toilet (separate). The downstairs bedroom is currently being used as a storage room. There is also a bathroom downstairs next to the bedroom. The rest of the house is fully furnished and has a lovely open feel to it. We have an outside entertaining area and lawn. Lawn care is included in the rent and during summer the lawn gets mowed twice a month.

Parking wise we have a double lock-up garage with two car spaces uncovered off the street. We have one available car park which will be in tandem with the garage.

Currently, our rent will expire 17/03/22 and we are unsure if we will be renewing after this time. If we found the right person to live with and they wanted to extend with up this is certainly an option.

Bills and expenses

Electricity is included in the rent but if you would like access to the home internet that will be an additional cost, approx $20 a month currently.
