Description of the home

Modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with an open plan, kitchen and living area that walks out onto balcony. Balcony looks out to the hills.

Bedroom has a queen size bed and wardrobe. Currently there are a set of drawers but I can move this out if needed. Bathroom is across the hall (this would be your own bathroom because I have an ensuite).

The unit is on the first floor (no floors above).

Safe complex with a drive in and walk through security gate. Need to buzz people in.

Oats Street station is less than a 5 min walk down the street. Less than a 5 min walk to Bunnings, Aldi, Priceline and a bunch of other shops. Albany Highway is a very short walk away with shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The city is a 10min drive. Airport 10min drive.

Ideally looking for a FIFO worker. It's a very respectful, quiet house and complex.
