300mtrs from Ashgrove Village shopping and restaurants/cafes.
On bus route.
The limitation of this lovely home is the one bathroom (2 toilets), so it may be better suited to a male housemate comfortable in sharing the bathroom. It's up to you.
I'm a retired man with a partner who I spend most of the week with at her place on the Redcliffe Peninsula, so you'll often be home alone apart from the couple of nights a week that I come home. Sometimes she leaves the 'beach house' and stays over at the 'city house'.
The home is FULLY furnished as I've been here for 17 years now. Having said that, it is currently under a month to month lease from a friendly considerate landlord who intends to build an ensuite bathroom off 'your' room in late 2024. (Personally I dont think anything will be happening here for quite a while yet.)
This space might best suit a mid-term house mate with few possessions or even an out of town professional requiring city accommodation during the week. Im flexible.
(oh, I have 2 small elderly Bichon (read white fluffy) dogs, left over from my daughter. They travel to Redcliffe and back with me. They don't make a sound, preferring to sleep all day and night these days.)
