Looking for someone to move into my 3 bedroom unit in a sought after location 70m from the idyllic Kirra beach. Not only can you stroll to the beach for a swim/surf, but local cafes and restaurants are also in easy walking distance.

I am a mid thirty year old professional male and have a beautiful and friendly jack russell cross named boots. Bedroom has comfy queen bed, tv, wall unit drawers and a wardrobe. Bathroom and kitchen are shared but both are large with good storage. It is a ground floor unit with our own private yard, garage and outdoor area with BBQ. Surf board racks and plenty of space in garage also. The house has air con and good fast internet. You will also have your own fridge and shared washing machine/dryer.
