A fully furnished room in a 2 bedroom apartment available from 1st of October. It’s approximately 6 km to the CBD, there’s gym and swimming pool available in the apartment. Rent is 195 PER WEEK! You’ll be sharing the apartment with me, I am looking for someone who works and is very clean. I work full time and don’t cook much so you’ll have the privacy in the apartment. Looking for someone who can pay the rent on time and cleans up the place after using it. You’ll need to provide recent payslips and bond is 2 weeks rent plus 2 weeks advance rent is required and the bills will be divided 50/50.Thanks!
