I am currently living elsewhere, so as soon you are approved by the real estate, you are all good to move in.
Our lease is up at the beginning of February, and have been recently notified that the owners will be selling at this time to possible investors.
There is a possibility of an extended lease, but it is not guaranteed at this point.

My name is Steph..
I'm in the process of moving out with my partner, so I am looking to find someone to take over my lease soon.
The room I am offering is in the apartment I currently share with my brother and cousin.
When the guys are home, they are usually up for socialising. If not, they tend to keep busy with activities out side of the home, so if you work nights and need your sleep through the day, here it will be no problem.
They are cousins in their 20s that originally hail from NSW.
One works in the mines so is only home half of the time. He enjoys camping, sports and hiking.
The other is in hospitality and enjoys video games, fitness and socialising.
They are both hilarious and helpful guys.
I know I am bias, but in my opinion It would be very hard to not get along with these two.
Compatible people
An easy going girl or guy would easily fit in with the fellas.
Our lease is ending at the beginning of February. The guys are looking to extend the lease by another 6 months at that point. A perfect fit would Ideally be someone who wants the same.
