Well equipped but small kitchen, with an oven. 1 bathroom (shower and bath) with ample undercover parking (many visitor spaces, which I have used regularly without issue). The unit is fully furnished, apart from your bedroom. The place has carpet throughout. It is in a medium sized unit block.

Moments from Artarmon train station (but far enough away that you don't hear the trains!) with easy transport to Macquarie Park, Chatswood, North Sydney and Sydney City - and beyond. Walking distance to Pacific Highway where you can get buses to to Manly via Neutral Bay

About the occupants
Edwina (me) a 31 yr old professional female, working in Marketing and studying for my post-grad degree part time. I'm home more often than not on a weeknight but usually out and about on weekends. I've lived in shared accommodation for many years so I'm fairly well trained!

PS I am learning to play the piano and so have an upright in the lounge room. I like to practice in the evenings but of course I will be discreet and considerate if you are home! The piano has a muffle peddle :)
Compatible people
It would be lovely to have a someone who is friendly but has their own life and social network. Honesty and direct communication will be key to keeping the household harmonious - speak frankly, be direct and we'll get along perfectly!

Your friends are welcome as visitors but anything longer than the occasional overnight stay would need to be discussed between the two of us in advance.

I would like someone who, similar to me, has their own social life and plenty of activities outside the home. If you are a reasonably tidy and considerate person we will get along great! MUST love animals, especially cats.
Description of pets
I have a 5 year old white Persian female cat named Harriet ('Hattie' for short). She is well socialised with humans and very sweet natured. Hattie is brushed, bathed & clipped regularly by a professional groomer but as with most cats/dogs she does shed fur. You would have to cope with a litter tray in the laundry and bathroom, these are raked twice a day and the trays are completely refreshed & disinfected weekly.

Unfortunately it was a push to get permission to have one cat so I can't allow any more pets into my home (as much as I would love to!)
