Top floor apartment in Kensington, wrap around balcony with access from bedrooms and kitchen. 3 min to bus stop on Anzac Pde with bus routes to the City, Surry Hills, Eastern and Inner west suburbs and soon light rail. 5 mins walk to Doncaster hotel.

I moved in here 3 months ago and downsized to start fresh. Current flatmate is moving in with his boyfriend, the only furniture that I have is a couch, fridge, kitchen table and chairs, book case and display cabinet. I will have to purchase or looking for someone with the following, washing machine, kitchen wares, out door furniture. Plenty of room for other furniture as well.

There is also a elevator direct to the top floor from street level which makes moving in a breeze, no stairs

The Bedroom available is the main bedroom with the ensuite and only the bedrooms have carpet rest of apartment is tiles, makes it easy to keep clean.

last Electricty and Gas bill was around 350 - 400, also will be getting internet as current one is no good, happy for the person to bring their internet with them
