Lovely, fully furnished, 4 bedroom house, in Abbotsford. Welcome into a cosy house that has the feeling of home. It has 4 bedrooms and an open kitchen/lounge area, with gas appliances that looks out onto the courtyard.
We also have a thriving garden patch out back and a shed, with an area to sit and relax in the sun.
Fantastic leafy and quiet location within 5 minutes walk of Collingwood train station and City/ St Kilda/ Clifton Hill buses, the Yarra river, the Convent and Victoria street food and supermarket. The area is great for cyclists.
