Description of the home

Fully furnished in the common spaces 2 bedroom + study apartment, (despite the pictures showing otherwise), located right on the border between Arncliffe and Wolli Creek. There is easy walking access to Turella, Arncliffe and Wollic Creek train stations which facilitate routes to most places on the network. Floor plan has been included in pictures to give you perspective of how oversized this apartment is - plenty of room for us both to cohabitate! Additionally, there is a national park within 15 minutes walking to Turella, all the Wolli Creek eateries are within reach and beautiful walks around the river are easily accessible. Brighton-le-sands beach is a 10 minute drive as well :)

The combined Living and Dining room has an L-shaped lounge with chaise along with a separate "commander" rocking chair with accompanying foot rest, 50" UHD Smart TV that (naturally) has Netflix, Stan and Binge subscriptions waiting to be used to your heart's content. Table with 4 chairs is off to the side along with a breakfast bar/kitchen bench you can choose to eat off if in a hurry.

In my kitchen you will find it's plentifully stocked with most kitchen appliances and whilst I don't cook that often, I have amassed quite a few things over my years so those that like to get their baking hat on won't be disappointed :)

You will have access to your own bathroom that has a larger-than-normal shower and cabinetry to fill with whatever you require.

We have an internal laundry as pictured that you are free to use at your leisure.

If you so desire, we can even share the annexed study area as well - I have uploaded pictures of both the part I use and the part you can use.

Your bedroom has an inbuilt sliding wardrobe and whilst the picture shows a cot, it won't be included (haha) - I am currently using it as a storage room until I find a flatmate and didn't want to turn people off with the current state of it!

I am open minded as to if you have a pet to bring along but regardless of what I think, I will need to run it through Strata as well before I can give a definite yes/no - I love pets, grew up with both cats and dogs :)

Bills and expenses

Electricity, gas and water are my utilities. I have an NBN internet connection we can share if you want to use and contribute to as well. All bills will be equally split between us and I am open to the idea of having a cleaner or any other expenses you think are warranted to ensure we get along dandy.
