This room has a door straight from the bedroom to the main bathroom. There is a small yard of the lounge dining area. Off-street park is available but it is only covered by a sail shade. Rent includes electricity, gas, water and internet does not include food or anything else. I do have a small Maltese rescue dog that is either outside or in my bedroom. Must be LGBTI friendly.
