New furniture, new renovations, large room! We are looking for a clean, quiet and considerable flatmate to take up this room. As you can see in the pictures, this property is also newly renovated, with all new furniture!

This house is conveniently located within 2-3 mins walk to Buranda shopping centre and PA hospital, and 5 mins walk to Buranda Busway and train stations. UQ is also within walking distance and takes less than 30 mins.

Sorry no smokers or pets. Minimum stay is 6 months. Longer term tenants are preferred over short-term tenants and will be given priority. Feel free to contact me to come and have a look!

About the occupants
I'm an IT professional in an 8 year relationship with my partner who currently lives and works in Sydney. Our passion is travel and hiking, but we enjoy socialising with friends, badminton, good wine, a little TV and other things. This is not a party house and we would like to keep it that way.

The Others - There are 2 other housemates (so a total of 4 people in the house when this room is occupied). One guy starting his studies to become a dental technician and the other guy is a restaurant waiter, both in their twenties to early thirties.
Compatible people
We'd love a friendly, independent person to join the house. Someone who is reasonably clean (on their own!) but without being strict (cause we're definitely not...) and that is happy to engage in conversations but is also wanting some personal space.
