We have a beautiful, newly renovated home in Bondi Beach, in a quiet and small block of apartments with lovely neighbours, including a cute mini poodle.
Exceptional features include air conditioning unit in each room (!!!), dishwasher, bath, washer and dryer, bright sunny room and leafy outlook.
We are also just a short hop and skip to the beach (200m)!

Bills and expenses
Electricity & gas are shared evenly between three housemates, and paid as the bill comes in (every 3 months). Internet is paid monthly and is $20 each. Food is purchased separately, but we all love food and often cook dinners together.
