Beautiful outdoor, sheltered lounge area; open-air courtyard and barbeque, large veggie garden, and large garage converted into a workshop/workout area. The furniture in the photos of outdoor undercover area and kitchen are out of date - sorry but I am currently outback in the northern territory!

The house is very friendly, relaxed, and quiet. There is kind of a rustic charm / homely feel about the place.
