The apartment:

- Light, freshly painted 2 bedroom apartment in Toowoon Bay/Long Jetty. The flat is on the first floor of the building and has a large open living area and dining room and a great balcony for relaxing in the arvo sun.
- The kitchen has a new dishwasher and induction stovetop with the laundry just off to the side.
- Shared bathroom has a large shower and separate bathtub.
- Plenty of street parking, but there is also an under cover spot behind the building available.

The area:

Located on the Toowoon Bay end of Long Jetty, we sit within walking distance to the beach (you can hear it from the balcony) and Two Birds Cafe. The Jet pub and main intersection are further but still walkable, as is the southern end of Tuggerah Lake (perfect for paddleboarding).

The current lease is until next October, so a minimum of 6 months is preferred.
