Spacious 3 bedroom home in Brunswick. The house is large, light, airy and very comfortable. We have a large kitchen and most of the essentials. Decent size backyard and BBQ. It also has central heating which doesn't sound that appealing right now, but it's good in winter!
The house is well located in between Sydney Rd & Lygon St, off Albion St - close to trams 1, 8 & 19 as well as Anstey train station.

About the occupants
You would be sharing with Angela and Leah- we are in our early 30s and ideally you would be too. We are both 9-5ers. We both like the odd glass of wine and a chat so someone sociable would be good, but we mostly live a pretty quiet existence. We both work pretty long hours so home time is always good!
