Large 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment (half house) in Albert Park. Polished boards throughout downstairs and carpet upstairs. Some areas of the house are original. Open fire in the lounge room.
Separate dining room. Lots of chatacter but no dishwasher or Netflix!
Great location in Albert Park close to the beach, public transport, local cafes and MSAC.

Bills and expenses
Bills are paid quarterly for the electricity and gas. At this stage I do not have a cleaner but open to this. I do not have broadband wifi. There is parking on the street across the road which does not require a permit.
