About the occupants
I work fulltime and am rarely at the home. You’d have the place to yourself most of the time. There is a granny flat in the backyard which is occupied by a 27 year old male who is quiet Bc respectful and there are 2 big but friendly (unless you jump the fence) dogs at the property.
