If you are a kind and thoughtful person with respect for others belongings then we will get along fine. If you are happy to do your socialising outside of the home that is preferred. That said, of course you can have your friends over, but this is not a party house. I don't care what your bedroom looks like, but I keep the shared living space clean and tidy.
