The best part of the apartment is its location - right near great cafes and shopping (Coin Laundry, Gardner and Field, all the shops on High St), 5 minutes walk to High Street, 3 minutes walk to Armadale train station, 10 minutes walk to Malvern Central, close to Chapel St. It takes about 20 minutes to get into the city on the train and there are also trams and buses if you prefer. Even though it's close to the train station it's really quiet. There are a few parks nearby and it only takes 10 minutes to get to the Botanic Gardens/Albert Park Lake for runners or walkers out there.
