We are looking for one person who would like to a medium sized bedroom located inside the house. There is also access to sharing another room which is a large studio/study/work space set in our beautiful back garden. The house is an elegant older house in good condition. It has a lot of charm
and is very comfortable but it is not ultra modern. In fact it feels a bit like you're in the country but you are almost in the heart of Yarraville Village. We can provide a bed and clothes rack and small dressing table. But of course it's fine if you have your own furniture.
