About the occupants
Hey, we are Sam (25) and Ellen (26) and we are looking for a new housemate to join us in our beautiful terrace house in Annandale. We have one bedroom on offer large enough to fit a king sized bed and the room has its own little courtyard area.
Sam works full time as a Paramedic, which means she does shift work, so it's really important that housemates understand that there cant be loud music or instruments or rave parties in the living room whilst she's rostered on! particularly night shifts! The good news is that she only works 4 days on and then 5 days off, so her days off you can be as noisy as you want! ... mostly :P
Ellen works in the city in HR and she works normal people hours :)
We are always down for a chat, we are tidy and love sitting around watching netflix and going for the occasional pub meal.
Generally we have a clean as you go approach, we cook our own meals and share some communal house items ie. cooking oil, milk, butter, the basics.

We're looking for 1 person aged roughly between between 23-35, who is clean, tidy & friendly. An added bonus if you love chats with a glass of wine involved! It's really nice to be able to be friends with the people that you live with, rather than just roomies.
