Description of the home

I am looking for someone to share my 4x2 house in Carlisle. The house is fully furnished with all modern appliances and trendy furniture. There is a big kitchen so it will suit someone who enjoys cooking. For entertainment there is a large sunken open plan living area and a great alfresco area.

You will share the house with myself, HR professional in my 30s. I work in the city and travel with work from time to time. I like to keep the house neat and tidy. I enjoy relaxing at home with a glass of wine and also like going out for dinner and drinks.

The location of the house is great. It's only 9 kms from the city. Oats street station is only 8 minute walk from the house and 12 minutes on the train into the city. It is also convenient to catch Bus 39, 5 minute walk to take you into the city.

I have two indoor Ragdoll cats who are very friendly and adorable. The house will suit someone who likes cats and don't mind having them around.

The double room on offer is fully furnished. It comes with a queen bed, two bedside tables and sliding wardrobes. There is a double garage for another car.

The room is available now. This is a single room, no couples please.
