The bedroom has enough space for your double or queen bed and other pieces of furniture, such as a bookshelf, TV and small desk. It's away from the living areas and has carpeted floors. Please note that both bedrooms are located downstairs and they share a common wall plus have shared balcony access from each room.

NOTE: The 2 bedrooms share a common wall and balcony so would suit people that are considerate of noise levels and preferably do not snore or are noisy.

IMPORTANT: I am looking for people that can preferably commit to at the least 3 months but ideally 6+ months stay (Minimum 4 weeks notice should you wish to move out).

However, also happy to trial things for 1 month.

No time wasters please. I am happy to answer any questions/queries/concerns you have.

This is a modern and sunny 2 bedroom, 2-storey apartment in a great location, only 8-12 minutes walk to buses, trains and a supermarket. The area is close to Sydney International and Domestic Airport, Sydney CBD and outer suburbs both on public transport and by car. If you have a car, there's usually parking right outside the house.

The house is in a quiet street and features; carpeted floors, separate lounge and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and 2 balconies.

Both bedrooms are on the ground floor and away from the studio, kitchen and living/dining area.

The studio is located upstairs along with the kitchen and living/dining. This is where I will be residing. For this reason the household would suit those that are comfortable about shared access to kitchen and living area. I will also have use of the guest bathroom upstairs and share the main bathroom (for the shower) downstairs.

All carpeted floors.

Looking for mature, financially stable, reliable and honest people to share an easy going and low maintenance split level apartment.
Happy with having friends/visitors over within reason.
If it is a party house you are looking for then please seek elsewhere.
Valid character/work/tenancy references would be ideal. No couples thank you.

Bills and expenses

All bills (electricity, gas and internet) are monthly and is included in your rent. Please be mindful of our footprint on the planet and watch your usage - do not waste water, gas or electricity. If the bills increase considerably then we will all share the increase evenly.

As I do shift work it is best that we do our own thing food wise but can have a kitty for cleaning and shared household items.
Fortnightly/Monthly cleaner optional.

I work full-time in the Sydney CBD. Work keeps me busy as I work in IT and it is varied hours.

I consider myself friendly, independent, clean, tidy and in addition my friends/colleagues consider me fun, creative, a good listener and respectful.

I keep up to date with any financial and maintenance obligations that are involved with renting in a share house.

On the weekends I like to relax, catch up with friends, some family or simply visit favourite café, restaurant or if the day suits happy to stay home.
