I'm looking for a friendly, respectful and clean housemate to share this lovely apartment, perfectly located in Claremont, 2min walk to Claremont Quarter shops, 5min walk to the station and 5min drive to Cottesloe.

Paying rent on-time and being considerate goes without saying. The apartment has underground parking, secure swipe lift access, secure private storage room and its surprisingly quiet.
