The house has a reverse cycle air conditioner with 8 zones, gas cooktop, oven, microwave and internet - ADSL2 with unlimited downloads.

The house is spacious with a theatre, family room, kitchen, dining room, study, alfresco, remote controlled high ceiling garage and storage room.

Located on Grant street , Embleton where you will be within walking distance of Bayswater aquatic center, Morley galleria and a number of bus stops with buses headed to the galleria and Bayswater train station both only 5 minutes away.

Only a 10 minute drive to the domestic airport and ECU, CBD is only 8km’a away !!

The rent is $200's a week which includes gas, power, water and internet. We require 2 weeks rent upfront which will cover the bond. To be considered you will need to give us at least 1 reference from your last sharehouse or land lord.
