Hello future housemates!

My name is Darren and I live in a lovely 3 bedroom terrace home in Brunswick, and hope you will too! The house is clean, air and light filled, with a generous living area, kitchen and dining area. 1.5 bathrooms (including a stand alone bath!) and laundry. The modern kitchen has a dishwasher and good oven as well as lots of space for cooking delicious meals. We also have Netflix and NBN for quiet Sunday nights (or anytime really).

Out the back we have a great entertaining area with an adjoining garage that backs onto a laneway and park. Street car parking is free.

The house is in a perfect location - 5 mins walk to Sydney road shops, (2 minutes walk to the union pub), 5 mins walk to Princes Park, Jewel Station and trams.

I'm a professional, working in a bank in communications. Usually have a busy week with work, gym, dinners at friend's places, but weekends are for cooking, brunches and general chilling.

I'm looking for a full-timer who want to have a place to call home. The house is generally pretty chilled during the week, with the occasional meal or pub grub together as a house.

My housemates are moving out because one bought an apartment and the other has a serious lover. UPDATE: Have found one housemate already, just after one more :)
