Lovely room furnished but can be unfurnished for right person. No wardrobe though. Shared clean bathroom only shower no bath. It is close to shops and Kilkenny train station and Torrens rd for bus. Need to be pet lover and suit student. There is onsite parking in front yard. Bills included including wifi. I run a small business and have an office at the home but only during day so very quiet at nightime. I do have a child who visits on fortnightly weekends so must be respectful of that.
