The house is 4 bedrooms, however, the 4th room is set-up as a double-bed spare room (Yay for guest room for a mate!). The house has a lengthy entrance hall, with a door separating the sleeping area to then the spacious open plan living/kitchen. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas cook top and ample cupboard space. Reverse Cycle Air-conditioner in the open plan living area and gas wall heaters in every room. Separate laundry and bathroom with slate tiling.

There is plenty of on-street parking and we have a medium sized shed out the back for storage. We also have an awesome backyard for chilled-out sessions of relaxing, and we have also started-up our own vegie patch and herbs!!

About the occupants
You will be sharing with myself, Emily, and Yuliana. We are very easy going 28 yr old girls, who enjoy a chilled, relaxed house environment, but also keen to occasionally bust out a tune on our sound system and enjoy some beverages in the backyard! I am a full-time High School Teacher in Melbourne's western suburbs and Yuliana works in retail and has a background in fashion design.

Looking for someone who is respectful, reliable and able to keep common areas clean. An easy going personality, who is happy to have a chat over a drink every now and then.
