Description of the home
We have a great older style unit just off Glenlyon Road in Brunswick. We need a new housemate from late November/ early December.
It's 3 bedroom. Ground floor. Heaps of natural light. We have an open kitchen/dinning area. Nice bathroom and built in robes in all the rooms and the hallway. We also have a little balcony with some plants. The photos probably say more so check them out. Oh and we have NBN!
5 minutes walk to 1 and 8 trams. 10 minute walk to Brunswick pool. Locals include the Alderman, Bar Idda, Atticus Finch, Mankoushe.
We've just been offered another 6 or 12 month lease which we'd be happy to sign.

About the occupants
Ross and I would be your house pals - we each have a room. Ross works in radio and has his own show on RRR on Wednesday nights. He works full time hours but not 9-5. Ash is a lawyer and does the 9-5 thing. Both of us enjoy watching netflix together and having a chat after work but we are otherwise pretty relaxed and have our own stuff going on. We're clean, respectful and friendly!
